Prepare
the room with candles and flowers. Spread a cloth on the floor and
surround it with pillows for lounging. Artfully arrange goodies in
small bowls and plates on a silver platter or serving tray. Choose
sexy music (for inspiration, see “Finds” on this web site). Turn
off all phones. After allowing your lover to see the feast
briefly, blindfold him/her and feed him/her bits of food and drink in
a sexy way, teasing fingers to the lips, light touches as you wait for
him/her to chew and swallow. In time, you switch places as your lover
feeds you. If you have never done this before, it will make a great
impression.
Have a
wonderful time!

Entrees
Spicy
Lemon Pasta
8 oz dried Pasta
1-2 lemons
Red chili flakes (like the kind that you sprinkle on pizza)
Olive oil
Several cloves of fresh garlic, chopped/minced as you prefer
1 onion, chopped
fresh cilantro, chopped
fresh basil, chopped (optional to taste)
In a frying pan,
gently heat about 1/2 c. of olive oil and a few pinches of chili
flakes. You can use up to a tablespoon; or just a sprinkle works.
Take care to not burn the chili flakes----heat for about 5-10
minutes. Drain oil into a container for later use.
Add 2-3 T. of the chili-infused olive oil back into frying pan and
saute′
your chopped onion until translucent. Add chopped garlic saute′
for a few minutes longer. Use a medium to medium high heat---too hot
carmelizes the onions and burns the garlic.
Cook pasta. It's better to undercook it (al dente). If your pasta is
done before your onions, allow it to remain in the cooking water (do
not drain yet) for now.
To the onion mixture, add the lemon zest of one lemon and, using
tongs or a pasta spoon, add the cooked pasta into the saute pan.
It's okay that all of the pasta water is not off the pasta--it
contributes to the sauce. Reserve the pasta cooking water in case
you need more. Add chopped cilantro--usually one bunch is plenty,
but use more if you love it, less if you don't. The green flecks are
really pretty throughout the dish.
Add the juice of one lemon. Mix it all together, salt and pepper to
taste, adding chili oil and/or pasta water to moisten the mixture.
You can also add plain olive oil if the chili heat is too much. The
oil helps to carry all the flavors to your palate, so don't be
stingy with it. Saute′
for a few minutes on low-medium heat for the flavors to marriage and
for the water to cook off. Serve along with crunchy garlic bread and
a fresh salad, top with grated parmesan cheese.
Tip: The more heat you use, the more lemon peel and juice you
can use. The lemon really cuts the heat. The acid from the lemon
keeps the hot oil from staying coated to your tongue so it has heat
but doesn't linger and swell.
Use this as a side or main dish. You can also add any or all of the
following things to pump it up to more of a main meal: chicken or
shrimp (cook in saute′
pan with onions), roasted nuts---almonds/walnuts or pine nuts
chopped (add at end---avoid extended cooking so they stay crunchy)
sun-dried tomatoes, kalamata or black olives and feta cheese
crumbled (added at the end to avoid melting it).
Avoid adding other vegetables. They overcomplicate an otherwise
simple and
elegant dish.

FYI: Fish, shrimp and oysters are loaded with zinc. Zinc is helpful
for elevating testosterone levels in both men and women. Chilies
have a very stimulating effect on the nervous system and also
……. chilies get the blood rushing, heart pumping, the face
flushing and the body sweating – all reactions similar to another
activity that we love. Garlic is great for sexual stimulation as
long as both partners eat it. As we all know, if both people eat
garlic, they cannot detect it on the other’s breath.

Damiana
Liquor
* Soak 30 g dried damiana leaves (found in any herb shop and most
health food stores) in about ½ liter of good vodka for a minimum of
5 days.
* Filter the fluid through a paper coffee filter into a clean
bottle. Soak the remaining leaves in 2 liters of filtered or pure
spring water
* Filter the water through a paper coffee filter. Heat it and add
about 16 T honey to it.
* Mix the water and alcohol extracts and let sit for one month.
Over time, the mixture will clear and develop a golden color.
Sediment will form. It is harmless, but if you desire, you may
decant it and throw away the sediment.
Take 1– 2 liquor glasses of it in the evening prior to intimacy.

sensitivity.
You may prefer to go to the liquor store and buy a bottle of Damiana
liquor. It comes in a cute bottle that looks like the Willendorf
goddess figure.

Aphrodisiac Herbs
(A
Partial List)
Herbs,
infused with the magic and power of Mother Earth, have been used
since the beginning of time as medicine to heal, calm, energize and
sexually stimulate. Not only have humans used them, even some
animals know which herbs and other plants to roll in or ingest for
healing.
Many herbs have more than one property. For instance, borage has
been used to promote courage and for protection while also being
used to heal the heart and make it less sensitive to pain. Below is
a partial list of herbs traditionally used in Western culture to
stimulate and /or heal sexual and romantic issues. For brevity,
additional qualities of each herb are not included.
Caraway (carum carvi) The seeds are used. They can be put in
talismans* to attract a mate and to cure fickleness in a mate.
Cooked in foods (particularly baked goods), they induce lust. Lovers
who exchange the herb are believed to remain faithful.
Cardamom (elettaria cardamom) The seeds are used. Primarily
used as a love and lust herb, it is believed to exude love
vibrations. Powdered in wine, it brings out suppressed lust. Baked
in (apple) pies, it incites desire. When carried, it is believed to
attract passion. After consuming the herb, the aroma on one’s
breath is thought to exude a sexual musk. Traditional culinary use
includes baked goods, wines, curries, tea and coffee.
Catnip (nepeta cataria) Mixed with rose in love sachets, the
leaves are thought to attract both love and affection. Catnip is
frequently used in fertility mixes.
Cedar (thuja plicata) The leafy twigs are used. It is thought
to empower love sachets.
Celedine (chelidonium majus) Above-ground parts of plant are
used. It is suitable in spells and enchantments to bring joy and
cure depression.
Chamomile (matricaria recutita) The flowers and stems are
used. Bathing in it attracts love. An infusion of it aids in calming
a nervous or stressed person so that s/he is more receptive to
romance.
Cinnamon (cinnamomum cassia) The bark of the tree is used.
Cinnamon is used in lust magic, especially to incite males. Its
power seems to magnify when baked in apples. Cinnamon may be used
magically in culinary mode in puddings, pies, cakes, bread, curry,
tea and coffee.
Clove (syzgium aromaticum) Immature flower buds are used.
Wearing it as an amulet or charm attracts the opposite sex.
Cocoa (caoca) The beans
are used. The Latin (theobroma) translates to ‘food of the gods’. Chocolate, made from the cocoa bean, is
commonly associated with happiness, joy, romance and lust. It is
believed to arouse sexual desire when ingested.
Coriander (coriandrum sativum) The fruit and leaves of the
plant are used. It is applied in love and lust magic with sachets
and added in warmed wine to arouse lust. Plant it in a garden or pot
near the front door to draw love into your home.
Damiana (turnea aphrodica) The leaves are used. It has been
called a legal drug with aphrodisiac effects. This Mexican herb is
often used in liqueur form (You may actually purchase it in liquor
stores in a bottle resembling a Willendorf goddess – Guaycura
Damiana) and as a tea 1 - 2 hours prior to sex to stimulate the sex
organs, increase sexual sensitivity and induce giddiness. It may
also be smoked in an herb mixture for a mild aphrodisiacal effect
similar to that of marijuana. (Recipe for liqueurs and smoke mixture
are included in The Passionate Woman Sex Magic class) Note: Damiana
interferes with iron absorption and is not recommended for the
anemic, or for long term use.
Dill (anethum graveolus) Seeds and leaves are used. Bathing
in dill water is supposed to make a man irresistible to women.
Elecampane (inula helenium) The root is used and is
considered unusually potent in its effect on lovers. Historically,
it has been added to love charms with mistletoe and vervain to
attract love. It can be blended into incenses for joy and love.
Gentian (gentiana lutea) The root of the plant is used to mix
in baths and sachets to draw love.
Ginger (zinziber officialis) The root of the plant is used.
Heat up love and lust spells by ingesting the herb before eating.
Baked in bread or consumed in ginger ale, ginger equals love.
Jasmine (jasminium officinale) The flowers are used. Believed
for centuries to be an aphrodisiac partly due to its intoxicating
and lush scent, it is used in sachets and other love mixtures. This
herb is more likely to attract a ‘soul mate’ rather than just a
lover. As a culinary herb, it is found primarily in tea and candy.
Juniper (juniperus communis) commonly known as cedar in this
area. The berries are chewed to increase male potency (and to make
gin).
Lavender (lavandula angustifolia) The flowers are often
included for love spells and sachets. Use oil or sachets to scent
clothing to draw love. Scent a note to a lover. Men are believed to
find it particularly sexually attractive.
Lemon verbena (aloysia triphylla) Leaf and flower are used.
It is worn to increase your attractiveness to the opposite sex.
Licorice (glycyrrhia glabra) The root is used. Chewing it is
thought to excite passion and increase the sex drive, especially in
women. Carrying it on your person in a love sachet is believed to
attract love. It has been used in love spells to insure fidelity and
passion in a sexual union. According to the Kama Sutra, mixed with
milk, licorice creates an aphrodisiac.
Maidenhair fern (adiantumcapillus veneris) Soak the
leaves and roots in water, then remove and wear or store in your
bedroom to experience grace and love. This dainty evergreen is
fragile and ethereal and, mixed in potions, is believed to confer
beauty.
Marjoram (marjorana hortensia) Above-ground part of the herb
is used. The Greeks used it as an offering to Aphrodite, goddess of
love. It has been used in cooking to incite love. It is frequently
found in love spells and bridal wreaths. As a culinary herb, it is
used in food for love and in tea to effect peace.
Mistletoe (phoradendron flavescens –American) (viscum album
- European) The leaves and twigs are used to retain youth and
beauty. A Druidic favorite, mistletoe has been traditionally used in
spells for immortality. Kissing while standing under mistletoe is
supposed to keep you in love.
Mugwort (artemisia vulgaris) leaves and stems of this herb
have been used as a love herb in the Ozarks.
Muira puama (phychopetalum olacoides) All parts of the plant
have been used but primarily the bark and roots are utilized. It has
a long history of being used as an aphrodisiac and a tonic for the
nervous system. Indigenous tribes in Brazil use it to treat
impotence, PMS and menstrual cramps. (May be found in herb and
health food stores in tincture form).
Myrrh (commiphora molmol) The resin is used. Burned as
incense, it is believed to create a peaceful atmosphere. It also
purifies, greatly enhances and improves vibrational levels in an
area where there has been a disagreement.
Myrtle (myrtus communis) The leaves are used as a very
powerful love herb. Carry with you to preserve love in a
relationship. To keep love exciting and new, carry it next to the
body. Planted by a woman and kept in or around a household, it is
thought to ensure love and peacefulness. Blended with roses, it is
believed to be one of the most powerful love conjuring mixes
available. A tea drunk every three days is believed to keep one
youthful.
Olive (olea europaea) The leaf of the plant is used. It is
believed to heighten fertility, sexual potency, and lustful desires
in men when used in baths and charms.
Orange (citrus sinesis) The peel of the plant is used as an
addition to love spells, especially sachets, for an uplifting
quality.
Orris (iris germanica) The root is used and is often called
the “Love Drawing Powder”. It has been believed that carrying
the root enables you to find and hold onto a lover. Placing the
powder in sachets or sprinkling it on the sheets and around the
house has been thought to draw love. Medieval recipes blend it with
lavender and rosebud for potent love mixtures.
Papaya (carica papaya) The leaf is used to intensify feelings
of love and longing.
Patchouli (pogostimon cablin) Above-ground portions of the
plant are used. It is thought to sexually attract both men and
women. Use alone or mix with other herbs and oils to draw love and
lust.
Periwinkle (vinca minor) Above-ground portions of the plant
are used. To increase passion, carry or sprinkle under bed. It is
also used in love charms, potions and spells. It is thought to offer
protection from the envious.
Poppy (papaver simniferum) The seeds are used and considered
highly magical. They are added to food and sachets to draw love.
They are eaten and carried to heighten fertility. Poppy seeds are
often used as a culinary herb in baked goods. In certain amounts,
poppy can produce a mild euphoria.
Rose (rosa gallica) buds and petals, Rose (rosa canina) hips
Rose is believed to intensify loving emotions. For a love spell,
wear the flowers or place some on the altar. Use rose water from the
petals in the bath for love baths. Rose petals and oil are favorites
to add to love candles or potpourri. The petals are often used to
summon love in foodstuffs such as jams, syrups, sandwiches, soups,
wines and waters. Sprinkle around the house to calm household
upheavals.
Rosemary (rosemary
officinalis) The whole plant is
used. Infusions in the bath are thought to
retain youth. It is best known for rememberance of others.
Certainly, when fresh rosemary is wafted past a lover’s nose while
preparing food containing this delightful herb, and when coupled
with a romantic interlude, the fragrance of rosemary brings up the
previous experience of pleasure. The scent, regularly breathed, is
believed to preserve youthfulness.
Rue (ruta graveolens) All parts of the herb are used. It is
found to clear negativity and get things moving. The scent is said
to clear mental processes and clear the mind in matters of love.
Saffron (crocus sativus) The stamens of the flowers are used.
In India and Greece, it is considered an aphrodisiac and is used in
culinary recipes and in sachets to produce love and lust.
St. John’s Wort (hypericum perforatum) Above-ground
portions of the herb are used. Historically, dream pillows were used
to induce prophetic dreams of future lovers.
Thyme (thymus vulgaris) Above-ground portions of the herb are
used. Roman women wore it in their hair to make them irresistible.
Thyme water is thought to increase beauty.
Vanilla (vainilla) The bean pod is used. Vanilla has long
been assumed to be a sexual stimulant for women, used liberally in
food and drink. (Try some in your coffee.)
Witch hazel (hamamelis virginiana) The bark is used. This
wonderful herb is considered helpful in spells, incense, sachets,
and tinctures to heal hearts broken in romantic entanglements.
Wormwood (artemesia absinthium) above-ground portions of the
herb are used. It can be placed under the bed to draw a loved one
home.
Yarrow (achillea millefollium) The flowers are used. Place
yarrow under your pillow to dream of your future mate. Used in love
divination and love spells. It is believed to empower a love to last
seven years. In years past, it was hung over beds on wedding nights.
Yerba mate (Ilex paraguariensis) Historically, it was
believed that if you drank the juice or an infusion with a loved
one, it ensured that you would stay together. Alternately, if you
wish to break off a relationship, you are supposed to sprinkle or
spill some on the ground.
*Talisman – amulet, charm, fetish.

Aphrodisiac
Foods
(A
Partial List)
Aphrodisiacs have long been associated with foods that look sexual.
The concept has been: if it looks sexual, it must be an aphrodisiac.
Therefore, items like powdered rhinoceros horn (phallic in
appearance) bring a high price. There is validity to being sexually
stimulated visually. However, there are actually some foods that
look phallic or vulvae that have aphrodisiacal effects on the body.
There are foods that, historically, have been considered
aphrodisiacal that may or may not have basis in truth. However, many
of these famed foods have vitamins and minerals that help balance
the hormonal system.
With that in mind, I encourage you to experiment with any one of the
items listed below alone or in combination with others for an
exciting uplift in your love life.
Asparagus – beautiful phallic symbol. Asparagus is packed
with potassium, phosphorus, calcium, and vitamin E, which translates
into extra energy (phosphorus), a happy bladder and kidneys
(potassium), and a dose of the “sex vitamin” for increased
hormone production.
Avocadoes – think of the soft, buttery texture of avocado
which melts on the tongue with a taste all its own. Sliced in half,
it has a yoni-like appearance. Left in the skin, it resembles a
testicle. Avocadoes have a rich fat content for additional energy.
Black Beans – have been noted for centuries for increasing
fertility. In the early 400 A.D. era, Saint Jerome ordered his nuns
not to touch or eat them. If they can increase fertility, they must
have an influence on the sex hormones.
Chilies – Long believed to house a complete arsenal of
aphrodisiac powers. Now known to stimulate endorphins in the brain.
Eating peppers gets the face flushing, the blood rushing, the heart
pumping, and the pores sweating – all reactions strangely familiar
to what one can experience with anything from a good night kiss to a
heated, passionate encounter.
Chocolate – It seems unnecessary to laud the qualities of
chocolate for anyone born on this planet. In the 1990s, 600,000 tons
(yes, tons) of cacao beans were consumed each year. This candy
contains phenylethylamine, which is the molecule the brain produces
when one is in love. Then, of course, there is the caffeine high.
Coffee – is a stimulant. Add some cream and sugar, and it
becomes a rich, nurturing, satisfying beverage.
Fish – has long been recognized as a sexual stimulant even
though it may not have been known why. Zinc and other minerals feed
the brain and hormonal systems.
Fruit – Today, in America, fruit is an everyday item easily
obtained. However, prior to this century, unless dried, fruit was a
rare and costly item. Fresh fruit is light and luscious. Slowly hand
feed some to your lover for a sensuous experience.
Garlic – the fragrance of cooking garlic wafting
throughout a room can definitely stimulate saliva glands and stomach
juices for most people. On top of that, garlic has long been
believed to be an aphrodisiac, perhaps because it assists in
creating good health.
* strawberry – The red, fragrant fruit has an
immediate sensuality about it. It has the versatility to be combined
with chocolate or cream or liquor or honey or yogurt or other fruits
for an ecstatically delicious flavor.
* figs – Sliced in half, the fig looks like a
yoni. It was, in ancient times, a costly, precious treat. Think
Cleopatra, Dionysian orgies, Roman Saturnalia. Its texture is soft
and the juice pure pleasure
* peaches – Just the smell alone stimulates
pleasure centers in the brain. The visual impact of peaches is
yoni-like. The succulent flavor of the juices running down the lips
is an invitation for a kiss.
* grapes – These luscious balls burst in
one’s mouth with sweet, tantalizing juice. From them, delicious
champagne and Chardonnay and sherry and Pinot Noir are created. They
were much desired in ancient times as well as today.
Honey – A gift from the nectar of flowers and dancing bees,
honey has been prized for centuries by lovers for its sensual
texture and taste. Honey was listed in the Kama Sutra and the Bible
in connection with making love. Practically speaking, honey gives a
boost of energy to the imbiber.
Oysters – Visually, oysters are very suggestive. Oysters
are high in zinc, an important ingredient to testosterone
production.
Pine Nuts (also known as pignolias) – These wonderful nuts
have a subtle and buttery flavor and are highly prized. In the
Himalayas where they are frequently eaten, there is a high birth
rate. Pine nuts were prescribed for their sexual powers by Galen, a
second century doctor.
